How to Download a Recording or Audio File from CoLoop

If you've recorded an interview or had CoLoop join a call (e.g., via Zoom), you can download the resulting audio or video file directly from the platform.

Downloading a Recording from the Files Page

To download a full recording:

1. Navigate to the Files page within your project, where your meetings and recordings are listed.

2. Find the meeting or recording you want to download.

3. Click the three dots (⋯) menu next to the meeting.

4. Select Download from the options that appear.

Downloading Clips or Reels

If you only need specific portions of a recording, you can create and download clips or reels from the Clips section. Clips download in their original media type — video files stay as video, and audio files stay as audio.

Recordings Made with CoLoop's Recorder

If you used CoLoop's built-in recorder during a live interview, the full recording will automatically appear in your project's Files tab once the session ends. From there, you can download it directly or create downloadable clips and reels as described above.
