What do I do if CoLoop picks up my stimulus video or a technician's voice in my transcript?

Sometimes, your interview or focus group recordings may feature snippets of a stimulus video, there might be a technician present at the start or end of the session or, maybe an online dialler is connecting your participants to the moderator.

If these voices get picked up by CoLoop, this isn't a problem. There's two options:

• Label the voice as a Researcher and give it a name (ie Technician, Stimulus Video). Researchers aren't included in the analysis and this won't affect the analysis.

• Merge the voice with the Moderator. This can be the simplest and neatest option and won't affect the analysis.
